Embrace Your Strength

New Start To Health

Hello everyone, firstly I apologize for not having posted on my blog in goodness knows how long. This isn't exactly a post about beauty or fashion but on life. As much as I love make up and beauty etc I my focus has been veering more towards health and fitness recently. As cliched as it may sound I am trying to change my life for the better, with the nutrition of good and natural foods. Basically I've began to eat clean and do a little exercise, even doing some weights. I'm in no way trying to lose weight, just to build up and strengthen my body. 

I have started a new Instagram page called 'loveisreal_health' to share a little inspiration and motivation on healthy eating and fitness etc. Please feel free to give me a little follow if you would like to see my journey to health

  1. That is rally good that you're going to eat healthy and exercise. I started doing weights only a few years ago and the funny thing is that I've gained body muscle, but I'm still the same weight and I really like it :)
